The region’s diverse microclimates and the skill of its producers, many from multi-generational coffee families, result in a consistently excellent cup year after year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe roast this coffee to a light, medium, and dark levels. Light and medium roasts highlight the integrity of the bean and allows its bright, sweet character to shine while dark roast results in a smooth taste with a hint of roasted caramel. In the cup, you’ll find a classic and reliable profile; engaging with a silky, medium body and a clean, well-rounded structure.
