This single-origin coffee comes to us from smallholder farmers in the Santa Rosa region of Guatemala, grown at 1,300 masl. The region’s diverse microclimates and the skill of its producers, many from multi-generational coffee families, result in a consistently excellent cup year after year.

We roast this coffee to a light, medium, and dark levels. Light and medium roasts highlight the integrity of the bean and allows its bright, sweet character to shine while dark roast results in a smooth taste with a hint of roasted caramel. In the cup, you’ll find a classic and reliable profile; engaging with a silky, medium body and a clean, well-rounded structure. It’s a versatile coffee that performs beautifully across a range of brewing methods, from pour-over to espresso.
